in the field of job placement measures, in order to guarantee professional relocation paths; training policies for staff re-qualification and motivation, through the activation of group and individual training courses for the various operators. But also internal relocation paths and professional requalification, on workers who due to illness or age were no longer able to perform their duties. We are also attentive to the needs of the families of workers, through the activation of free guidance and job placement paths. Particular attention will be paid to the activation of work placement paths for employees' children.
